This project is a sustainable urban quarter development for the city of Bad Kleinen, Germany. The development consists of a future-oriented neighbourhood that integrates the multi-layer concepts of sustainability.
The Old Mill Campus has been selected for the location and it is to be turned into a lively, environmental-friendly and sustainable district with its own identity, while at the same time being intertwined into the existing urban fabric.
This city quarter aims to improve the quality of life of all the residents by offering new amenities such as new market places, medical specialties, activities for the younger generation and more. Future residents will have the opportunity to live in a high quality development with a stable and circular economy.
